This is an overdue post about the workshop I recently taught in my studio. It was a gorgeous Spring day perfect for getting creative.

We moved inside to work on collage when it got too hot and windy to be outside. Here’s Judith holding up one of her finished pieces. I forgot to photograph the other finished pieces as usual. I actually think it’s important to honor the process over the product, especially in a one day workshop. We were just getting warmed up. I look forward to teaching it again in the Fall.

Before I put all the painted papers away I spent a few days immersed in collage.
I finished some greeting cards that will hold me for a while.

Then a few papers spoke to me and I was quite surprised by the results.

I want to do this. I would love to be able to make some of these cards.
